Our latest project in Amberley features a 26-lot subdivision, demonstrating our expertise in large-scale civil engineering and construction. The project commenced with detailed earthworks to prepare each site for construction, ensuring optimal land use and stability. We installed robust retaining walls to effectively manage elevation changes and enhance land usability. Comprehensive drainage systems were developed to prevent water accumulation and maintain the integrity of the site. Each lot was outfitted with reliable water access and essential utilities, including electricity, gas, and telecommunications, to meet modern living standards. Additionally, we constructed durable roads within the subdivision, providing safe and efficient access for all residents. This project highlights our dedication to delivering functional and sustainable infrastructure in community developments.
Our team successfully developed a 6-lot subdivision at 178 Hendersons Road, showcasing our capability in complex civil engineering projects. The project included comprehensive earthworks to prepare the site, followed by engineered backfill using advanced geotextiles and geogrids for enhanced stability. We constructed durable retaining walls to efficiently manage the site’s elevation and terrain. Essential services such as effective drainage systems, reliable water supply, and complete utilities setup (electrical, telecommunications, and gas) were integrated into each lot to ensure functionality and sustainability.
