Harry is a highly skilled engineer with over 20 years technical experience in civil infrastructure, drainage, piling, civil structures, subdivisions and irrigation. Harry’s strong stewardship of Civil and Land Construction combines technical expertise with values-based leadership, supported by his ability to think and act strategically.
He is a highly respected, approachable manager who sets high standards for himself and his team. Customer focused with a passion for construction excellence Harry’s experience in New Zealand, and across the UK, has equipped him with key skills, not only to produce robust results for clients, but also to face challenges and resolve them with innovative thinking.
Projects have benefited from his ability to lead high profile contracts, with sensitivity to the specific requirements of multiple stakeholders. Harry does this by setting and meeting realistic timeframes and communicating openly to gain trust and positive public perception. Respected by clients, consultants and subcontractors for his open and honest communication, Harry is a strong advocate for working proactively and openly. Harry ensures his clients are informed and updated for best-for-project outcomes. He is often commended on his integrity and passion for the projects he leads.
Away from work, Harry likes to get outside biking or tramping with his wife and their three beautiful daughters.
Chris has been involved in the commercial construction industry in various roles for over 30
years.
He is well known and highly respected in his previous positions as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and Company Manager.
Chris has excellent communication and organisational skills which have helped him achieve success managing several companies, this had led to him building sound business relationships and trust with clients, colleagues and staff. Chris uses his experience to assist Harry in running the day-to-day operations of Civil & Land Construction and takes the lead on Health and Safety, Human resources and Plant maintenance.
Outside of work Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters involving them with his other passions of hunting and fishing.
Wanda has a wealth of experience and knowledge having worked in administrative roles in the mining and civils sectors for thirty years.
Wanda’s calm, focused, manner and eye for detail compliments the Civil and Land team in getting things done promptly and efficiently.
In her spare time Wanda enjoys dancing, cooking, baking, and taking care of her three lovely children.
