This project consisted of the development of a 36,000m2 block of land on the outskirt of Amberley. The block was subdivided into 14 generous residential lots.

Bulk earthworks to form new sections
Attenuation ponds
Access road and Right of ways
Concrete footpaths
Lime chip footpaths
