Having completed numerous subdivision projects in the local area, we were keen to take on this Amberley project. Experience was key for the client and whilst our price wasn’t the cheapest, our knowledge and skills won the job.
Our task was to subdivide the land into eight lots that will be on sale in the near future.
Timing was a key factor for our client, so we ensured that the works were completed in the timescale our client was working to. Through open communication and clarity in client expectations, we met all requirements, on time and in budget.
