We were engaged by out client to assist with the enabling works for this one to two lot subdivision.

The works consisted of:
Installation of a new sewer lateral into Jollies pass road
Installation of power and communication conduits
Installation of water and sewer pressure pipes
Liaise with utility providers
Liaise with Hurunui District Council
