Civil and Land was engaged by the Ministry of Education to construct a new court at Roydvale School. As the winning tenderer, we conducted a topographic survey of the adjacent areas to ensure the new court integrated seamlessly with existing surfaces.

We identified some minor drainage challenges and presented proposals to the school and landscape architect. After implementing their input and making slight adjustments, the court was constructed to a high standard, with efficient drainage that prevents surface water ponding.
